Items must then be returned within 14 days of emailing us in an unworn (except for trying on) state with original packaging and tags attached.
We aim to refund all returns within 72 hours of receipt, however, during busy periods (and to comply with distance selling regulations) please allow up to 14 days in some instances. We only refund to the original payment method. This is for both your security and ours.
If you would like an exchange we will happily exchange the item with free postage!
Return your item to us as per the returns instructions, and fill in the returns details specifying you'd like an exchange. Don't forget to let us know on there what item and size you would like! If the item is available it will be sent out with free postage, if it is not, you will receive a refund. If there a difference in price, we will contact you so please ensure your details are correct.
In the event that an item is returned in an unacceptable state showing signs of wear, missing tags/parts, animal hair/fur or unpleasant odours, they will be returned without a refund.
Swimwear and lingerie
For reasons of health and hygiene, we are unable to refund these products unless the hygiene strips and tags are still in place and packaging remains unopened and undamaged.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods or your right to cancel orders under the consumer protection (distance selling) regulations, further details of which are available from the local trading standards department or Citizens Advice Bureau.
