Returns
We understand that things aren't always the correct fit or style and we are always happy to accept returns. If you wish to return an item or order then please email boutiquereturns@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. Once you have emailed us you will receive an automatic reply containing instructions on how to return your item(s). Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Items must then be returned within 14 days of emailing us in an unworn state with original packaging and tags attached.
In the event that an item is returned in an unacceptable state showing signs of wear, make-up, animal hair/fur, strong or unpleasant odours, or missing tags/parts, they will be returned to you without a refund. Any item not returned in its original condition, opened intimate items (see below), or items returned more than 30 days after delivery will also be returned to you without a refund. Gift cards are non-refundable.
We aim to refund all returns within 24 hours of receipt, however, during busy periods please allow up to 14 days.

If you would like an exchange we will happily exchange the item with free postage!
Return your item to us as per the returns instructions, and fill in the returns details specifying you'd like an exchange. Don't forget to let us know on there what item and size you would like! If the item is available it will be sent out with free postage, if it is not, you will receive a refund. If there a difference in price, we will contact you so please ensure your details are correct.
Swimwear, earrings and lingerie:
For reasons of health and hygiene, we are unable to refund these products unless the hygiene strips and tags are still in place and packaging remains unopened and undamaged (i.e. the product has not been opened or tried on).

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process the refund and send you an email to notify you that we have refunded you to your original method of payment. We aim to process returns within 24 hours of receipt but this can take up to 14 days during busy periods. Bank processing times can vary.

International returns:
Please ensure you fill out the correct paperwork so that there are no customs fees payable when your return arrives back in the UK. Should a fee be payable, it's possible that the parcel will be returned to you or destroyed without refund. Should we pay the fee, this will be deducted from your refund amount.
