Shipping policy

We aim to ship all orders within 48 hours.

For UK orders, we offer you the choice at checkout - standard shipping aims to deliver in two to three working days after dispatch. 1st Class aims to deliver the next working day after dispatch. Any bulky, large or heavy orders may be sent with a courier. Please contact us before placing your order if you have any requests or questions relating to the carrier used. 

International orders can take up to 28 working days due to customs delays and inspections. We currently offer a prepaid import fees postage option for the US and some EU countries as listed on Royal Mail's website. If you reside in another country, you will be responsible for paying import fees when the order arrives in your country. We are not liable for any import fees you may incur. We have an automatic order limit of £500 for all international orders, if you wish to order more than this, please contact us with a list of your cart contents, we can then provide you with a tailored quote for shipping to your country based on the weight of your order. We try to be as accommodating as possible!
